Tech Electric is a long-established Commercial and Light Industrial Electrical Contracting company dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients in a responsive, creative, and cost-effective way.
Based in Macomb, Michigan, and serving Southeast Michigan, our company employees have decades of experience between them and pride themselves on the highest standard of work.
We specialize in new construction buildouts and refurbishments of commercial, retail, manufacturing, and grow facilities. Our service division supports our clients and their tenants with their ongoing maintenance and upgrade needs.

Company History
Tech Electric was established in 2004 as a successor to Power Systems Inc by Master Electrician Gary Rzewnicki. In 2021 Gary sold the company to New Era Capital Inc, led by John O’Neill, an Electrical Engineer with decades of experience in manufacturing and automotive. The vast majority of our employees have been with the company since the beginning of their apprenticeship, have learned the Tech Electric way, and truly value the family environment we have created. We are now entering a new phase of growth, leveraging the skills that Gary, John, and our employees bring to the business.
Geography
Our company operates across Southeast Michigan and holds a State of Michigan license. We can support you anywhere in the Lower Peninsula under a contract with our service division.
